Our AI assistant is designed to help you with product questions and account guidance. It does not provide personalised financial, legal or tax advice. We continuously review responses for accuracy and safety.

Content and conduct

You agree not to use Ellicash digital services to send, share or request unlawful, abusive, hateful or fraudulent content. We may remove content and restrict accounts that breach these rules.

Accessibility

We aim to follow modern accessibility guidelines so that our services can be used by everyone, including users of assistive technologies.
